Many software architects can feel trapped in the space between Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters who want to drive an agile transformation, and the developers who just want to be left alone to code.
Building up a solid agile understanding with architects, by focusing on what goes wrong when agile meets reality, is key to enable architects to act as the liason that aligns the technical design with business needs and the agile ways of working.
In this talk, Luxshan Ratnaravi, co-creater of the globally known agile comic strip, Comic Agilé, will use relevant comic strips to educate architects on what happens when agile meets reality - and what architects can do to increase the likeliness of a succesful, beneficial and relevant agile journey.
