We are sure that you probably know all there is to know about agile development. But if you join this talk Aino will take you on a journey from when agile was just a way of creating software and not yet a buzzword in IT. Her own journey starts in Denmark applying XP and continues through Scrum, kanban, Spotify, etc. (not SAFE) She will talk about myths and unfulfilled dreams about agility. You will hear what it takes to truly have an agile mindset and dare to act upon it in the organisation. Has agile changed since the agile manifesto was created? Are there any technical things that need to be in place for agile development to work?

Chances are you will have some good anecdotes to impress your colleagues with after the conference.
