Team Topologies Panel

Team Topologies is now over five years old, and we take this as an opportunity to explore how the approach has been adopted so far in a panel discussion.

Michael Plöd will moderate the discussion and ask questions that touch on the following topics

* How have the fast flow principles propagated by Team Topologies been adopted and understood?
* How well do we distinguish between team types and team interaction modes in practice?
* Which stakeholders in an organization should be involved with Team Topologies?
* Where did problems and difficulties arise in the application of Team Topologies?

The panel will include some of the speakers from the Agile Meets Architecture conference, as well as voices from the audience.
