A physicist by training, Tobias Kaestner has always been fascinated by the intersection of the physical with the digital world. His professional career started as a SW team lead in a medical device start-up and since then he has served a couple of roles for 15+ years in this industry. Currently, he serves as a solution architect for Medical IoT at inovex GmbH. In this role he works with clients on modernizing their embedded architectures or introducing new technology frameworks. He is also a trainer for a variety of subjects and speaks regularly at international conferences.
