László is an experienced software professional and portfolio manager at Webstar, whose career has been built on continuous growth and embracing new challenges. He began his journey at the University of Pécs, graduating in 2013 with a BSc in Software Engineering, followed by an MSc in Software Engineering at the University of Szeged in 2015.
László joined Webstar in 2013 as a Java developer, where his technical skills quickly earned him a reputation for reliability and problem-solving. Between 2017 and 2019, he served as an Engineering Manager, combining account management with light project leadership, which gave him the opportunity to bridge technical and business perspectives. Over time, his role evolved naturally toward project management, and today he continues to lead projects across a diverse portfolio.
In 2022, László became the professional lead for Webstar’s project managers, guiding teams and supporting the company’s growing project delivery practice. Since 2024, he has also been responsible for portfolio management, aligning and coordinating projects to ensure efficiency, strategic focus, and cross-team collaboration.
His career reflects a consistent drive to move beyond his initial role as a developer into leadership and coordination, while maintaining a strong technical foundation. László is committed to building an environment where projects are not only successful on their own terms, but also contribute to the long-term vision and resilience of the organization.
