I am a change coach.Through decades of experience, working in and with teams I studied how healthy conflict helps them become more effective and efficient and I love to raise accountability between team members.I studied models of self organisation like Holacracy, Sociocracy 3.0 and Semco Style, both in class and in organisations.I am passionate about teaching and learning through experience and I've been sharing my knowledge with that same passion in numerous conference for years.I have worked in government, finance and various othervorganisations, helping build healthy cultures wherever I come.
